Ya'll need too see your pulmonologists get on some new inhaler meds if you have a constant phlem issue. I am on Asnamax and Norro Alipta besides my rescue inhaler. Keeps my lungs clear and dry for the most part. Also feel comfortable with no chest tightness. You have options out there just have to find the right combination of meds took me a year. I have not had an exacerbation now in 2 yrs where I was in the hospital.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Yes, COPD have airways swollen which mean congestion. Drink a lot of water (1.5 liter/day). 🧸

Yes. If you drink more water you will thin it and that will help you clear it when you cough it up.
