I tried 3 different ones based on other people’s recondations. I found the trilogy works best for me. It’s not a magic puff but it’s suppose to assist you throughout the day .i still have my emerg. Puffer when needed

No side effects for me. If you do go on it, make sure you rinse your mouth very well. I rinse/gargle about four times

I have been on Trelegy for 3 years - love it! Has helped immensely with my COPD! Always make sure to rinse your mouth out when you’re done.
Fortunately, I have Blue Cross and with the government of Saskatchewan, I don’t pay for any prescriptions.

I have been on Trelegy for 6 or more years. As the other writers advise, make sure you rinse your mouth out well ( water, not mouth wash). I take 2 inhalations every morning and seem to do quite well with it. My brother on the other hand never follows instructions and has had several incidences of thrush! Hope you have insurance - it’s very expensive.
