According to my Dr I have three they did CT scan every 6 months for three years they didn't grow any bigger and one moved a very small amount so it was no worrys they are still there but they are stable he told me they are nit uncommon they just need to be watched

I have dealt with them coming and going, sometimes growing. In the beginning it was just a few that showed up, they would disappear the next scan. Then it grew to 8 nodules, scans every 6 months. Some would grow, and some would go. Had a bronchoscopy on a few no cancer. They only biopsy the ones that grow fast or get larger than a certain size. The numbers stabilized for a while at 13 nodules and stayed constant.
I had an infection and the CT scan showed a new nodule. The regular CT scan came 3 months later and the new nodule grew to 18cm x 18cm. [This was Oct 23, more info in my story.] The PET scan showed it hot as well as some of the others were glowing too. Bronchoscopy again for biopsy of 7 spots and one came out suspicious of cancer. Had to have surgery to get a larger piece of it to find out if it was cancerous. It came out negative, thank God. We have been doing regular CT scans to follow and make sure no growth and have been stable. In October The CT scan showed multitudes of nodules! I had to ask what "multitudes" mean. Defined is when they count to 100 they stop and say "multitude of them." Good news is no changes on the last 2 CT scans.
