Does Anyone Else Have Involuntary Breathing Which Sounds More Like A Gasp Than Anything Else? Is This A Normal Thing To Happen With COPD?
Mine is like a labored breathing when there isn't any reason for it. Some of it is habit and I really have to work at breathing exercises that I think might help. Most of mine is caused by anxiety.
Yes, in fact that was one of the first indications that something unusual was going on with my lungs over 12 years ago.
