I find 24% humidity to be best for me. Too low is as bad as too much. Temp of the room I'd also important.

Low humidity is what I like. I keep my house at 50-53% humidity. I keep a dehumidifier on all the time.

The recommended ideal humidity levels is between 30-50% for people with COPD.

Why do you ask? are you having problems with the lower humidity now that it is getting colder?
