Ensifentrine, with a novel mechanism of action, demonstrates important efficacy across a broad population of patients with symptomatic, moderate-to-severe COPD including current and former smokers, even when on current recommended therapy (LABA/LAMA +/- ICS). This is contrasts with inhaled corticosteroids, which have shown less effectiveness in current smokers.

My Pulmonologist just prescribed it for me. It goes in a nebulizer. We sre currently waiting on approval from the insurance company. And it will depend on the cost.
