I think it is all relative as far as healthy numbers. For me, I usually get between 88-94, but it goes up to 96 when I am over oxygenated and down to low 80's sometimes. My doctor said 90 and above are safe numbers.

My idea of a normal O2 sat is between 93 and 97. My doctors want me to keep it as high as possible but it sometimes drops in to the middle 80 a and I have hypoxia and become very afraid and have no make myself relax.

In the mornings at my oxygen is around 95 at rest if I do anything it has dropped below 83 and I start having bad anxiety and confusion I've been taking Xanax for 20 years but only when I need it I also watch Big bang theory to calm myself down which helps.

I average between 90- 100 but I do drop into the low 80's and have to bring it back up with PLB. Anything below 87 is bad, as your internal organs start getting cut off from oxygen.
Every persons average is different according to what they are doing.
