Hey Dennis. I am not an "Exercise" fan but do agree that keeping active is better than just settin' around most days. For some reason our bodies do not like to do alot of "Stop-and-Go" stuff (like my picture suggests).

For me, I started taking steroids early on to put on MORE body mass. The doc said that would help make room in the chest and stomach area to breathe easier. BUT every Body is different. Few enjoy the Prednisone medicine except in times of emergency. Your mileage will vary too.

For the bladder and bowel control issues, I learned that when we are low on Oxygen, the brain gets to decide what it wants to keep up and running. Sometimes, the bathroom won't make the cut. Especially if it's up a flight of stairs! It's like when you walk way into the Haunted house and someone jumps out and hollas -- "Boo"!! 👻
There are breathing techniques you can practice while you are chilling out - to get ready to "GO" - before it's too late!
be Well.
