I'm Been Having Some Neck And Shoulder Pain, Can Someone Give Me Some Tips On How To Relieve Myself Of This Pain?
Hi ! Even if it hurts "more or less", try gentle movements of neck and shoulders, massage them softly with any oil/neuter cream, don't stand too much time 100% static in front of TV/computer, have a 10' meditation/breathing relaxation "body scanning" to destress all muscles. For your shoulder try ice/cold pack also. If it do hurt a lot and only if your health condition allows it, take some oral pain reliever: paracetamol (never ever in excess! as it is bad for high blood pressure). ps. Also, do try to think of something nice, transport your mind in a place you like, do try not stay focus on your pain (yes I know not easy, but this is what doctors say to people in pain to "distract" them from the pain). Take good care and do not hesitate to ask for any help/advice. Big big hug π I forgot: do not carry heavy loads neither push/pull things to hard these days.

You could try using a heating pad or a hot water bottle .
Let me stop on your foot ! ..You'll stop thinking about your neck and shoulder......
In all seriousness. You probably strained something. I put some tiger balm on and rest for a day or so.
