I've been a user for that method for some time now.

There are many different brands, but your supplier may choose to limit the ones you can request.. I prefer the Salter brand - used in the Hospital setting in my area. This brand can also be found at medical supply stores online.

The quick solution may be to place the cannula over your head from the rear. Still placed over the ears and in the nose, the "snugger" will now be at the back of the neck, not under the chin.
