I find the new dispenser better than the old one but have never experienced a sore throat from it's use. However, you should talk to your Dr. about possible side effects. Mine told me to report back to him with any reaction to the new puffer.

I rinse and gargle for at least 5 minutes after use. I’ve been on breztri for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem. I’m only on my second new orange Dispenser and I hate it !!! Can’t use it with my spacer as the mouthpiece doesn’t fit because of the cumbersome cap. Guess I’ll wait and see if it worsens or not. I would hate to switch meds cause the breztri really helps with my lung function

I take it and no no sore throat. BUT you really gotta rinse your mouth and throat AFTER EVERY USE.
