Hearing aids often whistle when they're not adjusted properly. You might check to be sure yours are properly adjusted.

I wear hearing aids. If they are on a high volume mine whistles because the tube goes over my ears where my hearing aids are. I have to adjust mine. My hearing aids are behind my ears. The all in the ears don't work for me.
