If you're using an electric concentrator, you should hear an alert if the 02 is blocked by someone stepping on the hose or if the hose gets twisted and you're not getting anything. You can test it yourself by stepping on the hose and see what happens if the 02 is completely blocked. You can aso tell if you're getting an 02 by taking the hose off and checking by putting the hose in your mouth.
