I take my morning pills, including Dailresp, when I wake up and with breakfast. About 10:00 am I take my Trelegy. I prefer it in the morning as it makes me a little jittery and that might affect my sleep if I took it before bed.

There is no specific time that you need to take that medicine. you could ask the pharmacist or you're Dr. when is the best time.
My Dr asked me to do it in the morning after I clear out all the phlegm from over night and doing my nebulizer treatment.

I don't think there's any reason not to do it if you think it will make a difference.
