TAKE THE TYLENOL. Ibuprofen is what they call an NSAID and may not let your Lisinopril work as well; it also said Ibuprofen can also harm your kidneys and trust me on this one, you don't want that to happen @A MyCOPDTeam Member. This is just what my search engine had to say about your problem, but nothing replaces the advice of your doctor. It also said that water pills (for water retention) affects the Lisinopril, and I take both. However, it was my kidney doctor that prescribed both medications, so he must have thought that the good outweighed the bad effects. You do know that your blood pressure will fluctuate up and down during the day don't you? If you don't know that, it does, sometimes quite a bit. Hope this was a bit of a help and i hope you have a great day!
