For me both extremes of heat and cold make it hard to breathe

I can not breathe in cold or heat I live next to someone who burns wood in fire place and that causes problems too I never realized how the little smells I used to enjoy would take my air away !!!!

I have never given up my mask from COVID. It helps a lot and I haven’t had a lung infection in 4 years

I don't handle extreme temperatures any longer, hot humid or cold. We moved to Boquete Panama 3 years ago and it is almost always in the 70's! Ranges fron 60° to 80° all year! So much easier.
