Recently Ago Was Hospitalized Due To My Breathing, Ended Up To Be Pneumonia And Covid. Slow Recovery. I Wonder How Long It Will Take?
Recovering from serious illness is often a long process. If you've been really ill, hospitalized and unable to do much for several weeks figure it may take as much as six months to recover, and that's with a lot of exercise and therapy. Exercise will help the process and speed the recovery, but it can still take a long time.
I just left hospital after treatment for the same reason, plus major anemia. Still very weak after being bedridden for so long. Too cold to be outside. -30 C. Any tips? Anyone?
