I had my gallbladder bladder removed when I was 19 and for decades suffered with reflux. Famotidine has been the only med that has worked well for me. This year I have focused on my diet and my gut microbime and haven't had any reflux in quite some time. I have even stopped taking the famotidine.
Ps. Also found probiotics hugely helped with my gut health, no more bloat or burn.

Acid reflux and COPD often exacerbate each other. Get your GERD under control and you COPD will calm down.
