I Am Starting On Antibiotics 3 Times A Week Idefinite. Does This Help Shortness Of Breath Or Just Infection?

It depends on which antibiotic you're getting. Azithromycin is also an anti-inflammatory as well as being an antibiotic. It's prescribed to reduce exacerbations, which could be bacterial infections.
