That's wheezing. Very common when you have an exacerbation that includes a cough....or no cough. It's the sound made when the bronchiol tubes narrow and constrict, mostly on exhale, but sometimes on inhale as well.
What Complications Are Created (caused/side Effects) By Having COPD?
