What Order Do I Take Breo Ellipta And Spiriva For COPD. I Take Spiriva On Waking Up And About 2 Hours Later Breo. Advice Please.

I think you need to do a little experimenting to see what works for you, but if what you're doing now is working you may just want to stick with it on the principle of "if it ain't broke don't fix it".

Every BODY is different. And it depends on the total assortment of meds (and ailments we have).

Given your example, the Breo med has two ingredients and would probably be MY first choice because it has the steroid ingredient in it. I also spread my time frames out by 2 hours to give the time to take effect.

But amy main controller med is the Trelegy brand, with your three ingredients all-in-one. With my medicine cabinet assortment, ai actually save it until mid-afternoon for good coverage in the late evening and bedtime when a good rest is more important than daytime activity.

Only oral meds are a bit more specific because of stomach issues. We are free to adjust our inhaler schedule according to what works best for us.Nothing is written in stone here. Be well

I always take Ventolin and symbicort first. Then Spiriva two hours later. I have Bronciectasis🩷
