I take 1 sometimes 2 Mucinex Tablets per day, still have excess mucus!

Lots of water and mucinex. This works for some folks but not for everyone.

I fine if I drink something hot like coffee if gets rid of the mucus also gargle with warm salt water. The nebulizer help to loosen the mucus also
