My horrible bloating has improved tremendously, for now. I do my best not to wear anything around my waist, easier to do at home. Spicy foods, raw onions, tomatoes, can be a problem. No longer take Tumeric. That might be why I am doing much better. Drinking milk is what gets me through an episode. Although, some people react negatively to milk. I hope this helps.

Some foods are more likely to make you feel bloated, so one of the first steps is to determine which foods have that effect on you and then you can decide whether you want to avoid eating them or not. If you really want to avoid feeling bloated, you're going to have to figure out which foods make you feel that way, or make you feel the worst. Once you know that, you can determine whether or not you're going to eat them.
