YES. There has been a rolling shortages of several brands and formulations since earlier this year. I found out by accident when my 0.5mg prescription was switched to 0.25mg at Walgreens. You may have to switch to mail order to get better results.

I think there are some people who are afraid to go out: if they go out, maybe they'll run out of 02, or be too sob to get back without help or some variation on that theme. The thought of not being able to get back where you started could be very frightening, and not being able to breathe is even more frightening. For some people it's paralyzing and they don't dare leave the comfort of their home, apartment, bedroom or whatever. I'm grateful that I don't have that fear, but I can imagine that it is enough to make you stay inside forever. Without some help, you could be really stuck.
