Your FEV1 is very good at 95%: that means that you can blow out an amount in liters that is greater than 95 people out of a hundred. However, the thing that indicates COPD is the FEV1/FVC value. I suggest that you get your pulmonologist to discuss the results with you and talk about what's next. I'd be particularly interested to know if they recommend any medications at this point. Quite honestly, most people on this board would be thrilled with those results. My FEV1, for instance, is generally in the mid-30s; a major difference.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member, results less that 70% indicate COPD. Depending on the doc or health professional, they might consider less than 80%.

Doesn’t look bad to me. 95% FEV1 I believe this is very good and as such I think you have copd of you’re blowing out less than 80% of predicted for your age. I’m sure someone will give you a definitely answer. I’m newly diagnosed. All the best. Don’t panic.
