@A MyCOPDTeam Member it is some kind equipment like a watch or an app on your phone that keeps track of your heart rate, steps you take and things like that. At least I'm pretty sure that's what it is.
I like the sleep tracker. If I excerize 45 min. A day I would think I was well. Oh and it keeps up with your steps. I do really good with that if I go to Walmart and use the cart instead of the rider.
