Can I Paint My House With COPD?

Wouldn't you rather use paint?
Pardons in advance. I hope my "Manswer" doesn't offend you. While modern paint formulas have been modified to be less dangerous than in the past (low VOC, NO lead), I would not trust myself with a project such as this. I don't know that any mask would be helpful, including the industrial type for painting cars. You don't say if your project is inside or out. If you have the energy there's no reason why you shouldn't. Do realize that pain fumes can have an impact, so be prepared if that happens. You can wear a mask that should help with the fumes.
Wow. I wish
I am pretty sure you can but I would try to get somebody to do it for me 🙃 The fumes could be a problem so maybe check with your doc and then look for low toxic fumes and cleaning supplies for your equipment as well.
