Anyone Having A Problem Like This. I Have A Cold Now,last Night When I Showered My Oxygen Went Down To 75 And My Heart Rate Went Up To 127.

Are you showering with your oxygen on? @A MyCOPDTeam Member, when my Mom when on to oxygen 24x7, that meant she also needed to wear it while showering as that is also a strenuous activity.

If you haven’t tried it, climb into the shower while wearing your cannula, and once in the shower, route the hose and cannula OVER the shower rod and then put it back on to wear while showering.

(Looping or draping the hose over the rod should keep the water from running down the hose and making a mess, and should ensure your bathroom floor remains dry).

I always wear oxygen in the shower with no problem just pass the hose over the shower rod. Ernie
