Today is physical therapy day for me and I'm looking forward to it. Have already done some of the exercises, but now I must get ready to go. Glad to see you are able to do so many steps @A MyCOPDTeam Member! Keep up the good work.

Eric, I no longer go to rehab; the one I went to is now out of business, and I'm not sure where the next nearest one is. I went to a paying gym for a few years, but did not keep up, because I couldn't justify the fees they were charging. So now, I bike in my home, do stretches, balancing, and deep breathing. But while my hand was healing from surgery, the doctor said NO exercising for 4 weeks. I eventually fudged and did some things. And of course I walk. Now I'm given the green light on everything, and already feeling more energetic. Have a great day.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member, I hear you, and so admire you for all you get done. I didn't mean to say You should let it go, but knowing me, I don't have the discipline you have. Your lifestyle and what it does for you is, in my opinion, very good for you. My dad had breathing issues and no telling what else, but he was the hardest working man I ever saw, and lived to be past 90. I can still see a plate piled high with fresh tomatoes, homemade creamed corn, green onions, green beans, coleslaw. Ohmigosh, those memories are worth all the world to me.

I think around here they get in through attic vents or chimneys sometimes, and if they die in your walls, you've a real mess on your hands.
If they still get in your garden even with the covering, I would just let it go, because all that is more trouble that I'm willing to put in it now. Glad it's working out for you though. Hope you're getting the nice rain season we're getting.
Might grow some veggies in my screened porch, if I can discipline myself enough to water them daily. Have plenty of pots. I'm trying flowers from seeds out there this year to see if they succeed. They will be my test, (smiles)
