I bought one from the gift shop at the hospital my last trip with hubby. I only did so because it was shaped in a leaning heart. I didn't believe all the hooey about them, but it works. I sleep so much better when I turn it on an hour before bedtime and then it works as a very soft night light, lovely to look at and I breathe better. If you get one, get one that is a favorite shape, it adds so much beauty to a dark room. I got one in pink and use a red light inside. Makes me think my hubby is sending me a hug each night. Hugs

Lots of people have tried it; about half think it's wonderful and the other half don't. It won't hurt you, and you may find that you feel better. The one thing everyone agrees on is that generally you need a very small space for a lamp and the effects, if you feel them at all, are only while you're in that space. Once you leave, the effect is gone.
