I too have night sweats. I wear my pajamas so when I throw off the blankets because I am too warm I will still be covered when I start to cool down. My husband has a circulation problem so he is cold most of the time so the heat is a little bit higher than I need it to be. Sometimes I wake up having breathing issues because of it. The spring and summer are the worst for me because I also get sob at times. Take care and breathe easy.

the big factor that doctors do not or even want to take into consideration is the air quality.Finnally there was a recent study on rapid changing weather conditions and air quality having an effect on COPD.everything you breathe in passes through your lungs and ito your blood stream and it is not only oxygen its all the unknown chemicals in the air.since your body works on chemical reactions,it is obvious unknown chemicals can have an adverse effect on your body.Have you tried pouring some weed killer in the tank of your car? The same effect on your body, the next time you are feeling bad check the air quality,I did not realize this until i starting going down hill with copd and had a reaction to inhaled steroids and told the doctor in the ER and he told me that it would go away, well he was wrong I can not tolerate certain chemicals,I do not even know what chemicals are in my body and neither do the doctors.I certainly agree that the inhalers help many people and this is good, but i am sick and tired of being thrown into a cookie cutter type of a group and one fits all.The fact being our bodies appear to be similar but with DNA studies being able to tell you what part of the world your ancestors came from that analogy is far from correct.Unfortunately the doctors do not have the time or resources to check our blood and DNA structure it is a trial and error system. In closing that is why having a web site like this is a valuable tool o we can share our experiences for a common goal.

Many people do. Depending on how long they last and under what circumstances you have them, you may want to discuss them with your doc.
