I Have Recently Found I Cough A Lot More When I Am In A Room With Air Fresheners Such As Plug In Air Freshener Is This Related To M Copd?

I am trying to identify triggers to my coughing and wheezing. And environmental issues appear to be standing out when I am at my worst . . . Even when I've been petting my dog, -which has only started to become an issue the last 12months but I've had my dog for ten years

Stay far away from airfresheners, hairsprays, pool chemicals, baby powder is really bad for lungs

It probably is related to your COPD; it's pretty common to have that sort of reaction to strong scents.

It is very likely. I know for me any strong smells : cleaners, air freshener,bleach,cologne/perfume,candles, oils, even vinegar are triggers.
Is your dog long hair or short air? Sometimes their hair /dander (from cats as well) can be a trigger. My dogs don't bother me much. Try brushing him/her daily.
