Can Anyone Suggest An Airfreshner That Doesn't Affect Breathing?
all air freshners I've tried seem to affect my chest does anyone know of any that don't affect or help breathing
Try a salt lamp, they help you breath plus leave a scent. I cannot tolerate freshners, perfumes, cleaning products. My pulmonary doc told me not to work in yard and get someone to clean. Dust sets me off with an attack. I do have a furry dog, but love him so he stays.
if i need the house to smell good, fast due to my cooking, like fish for examlpe i put a pot of water to simmer with cinammon and cloes gets rid of food smells and makes house smell wonderful, happy breathing to all.
Hi Beverly
got my salt lamp, definitely cleans the air, not sure about the scent yet, but then it's only just under 1 month since I stopped smoking....
Get a diffuser for your space you're at the most. Walmart carries them. Very easy to use, just add essential oils to the filters close and push the start button. It freshens my room and keeps me calm. I am using lavender now, but there's other scents especially for our illness. Trust me, its worth it.
Air Fresheners with Vit C!
Buy lemons from now on at the store and add a slice to disposal after every use and every time you do dishes by hand....apple cores are nice too. If you are still using a laundry detergent (powder) with a scent you tolerate, place a small open zip loc bag with detergent in it inside your trash cans but not in trashbag...
Good Luck!!!

PS: Cedar shavings are also nice.
