It's one of albuterol's close cousins; pretty much the same thing chemically. It differs in a molecule or two.

Hi JackieOw. I'm not exactly sure how this is different from Albuterol. All I know is this is what they give heart patients. It's supposed to do the same job but not effect the heart.like Albuterol. However you are limited to 3 times a day instead of 4. Sorry I don't know anymore at this time.Maybe I'll Google.

I use levalalbuteral and it doesnt cause the shakes like regular albuteral or a racing heart.
