The Report Of The CT SCAN Below...so Why Am I Having Difficulty Breathing At Regular Intervals?

I took a CT SCAN CHEST/HRCT. Because of those emphysematous changes. They affect your ability to exchange CO2 for O2 and that's why you get SOB (short of breath). The CT scan really just confirms that you have emphysema. You really need to look at your spirometry or Pulmonary Function Test results to see the degree of obstruction. Even though the CT scan didn't find bronchiectatic changes, I'm sure there are some and that's contributing as well.
