Inhalers

Any inhalers ive tried seem to make it worse. I did not take one a while back and my reading was up. Supposed to be on one now but I know they make it worse so what could I ask nurse to try instead. I explained this to nurse and she said to try without for 6 months and my reading again was up but at the minute my breathing has got worse and do not want any more inhalers. Any suggestions? Thanks

@A MyCOPDTeam Member.. I do not know what your situation has been albeit, God does know and I will be praying for you. One thing you said is for sure....once the problem is gone, it has already left and indelible scar on the surface or under the facade of your beauty. Take not that you will learn from this (one day) and that God will help you get through this. however, long it takes. he is your Rock. Take care and feel his blessings...they are there even when you cannot see them. with loving prayers, your friend S'andra

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Wow you have your hands full and it appears you have had them full for many years. Not quite sure I'm getting the information of overbearing but then I'm sitting here trying to digest food for the first time in 5 days...this pneumonia with sepsis has really kicked my butt and it seems my brains. I pray your husband is able to have that transplant. My sister n law had it several years ago in Birmingham at the University of Alabama research hospital....her daughter (only child) was her donor....but she has done miraculously well. You would never know ...her daughter went on to have 2 more beautiful children. God gives us the desires of our hearts, when he is ready. Stay positive ...Breath easy my dear/

I would say that lady is still stressed and is nt being personal to you. Like you have been stressed we all cope in a different way to it. Nothing to do with my health but this week was the most stressful week I ve had and my way of dealing was to avoid people. Although the cause finally came to and end today in my favour it will still take a while to get back to normal as I worried so much. You would think id be jumping with joy but although I know its over it has left its toll on me so we all react differently. We are here to encourage and help so lets try our best to do that.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member...I do know what it is...I also buried a husband at a very young age with Sepsis, DIC, ARDS, Renal Failure and many more things. He was intubated immediately, heart caths, and marked for amputation. He never regained full consciousness if any. He was the hospitals guinea pig and they did not care what me his wife wanted. He gained over a 100 pounds in less than an hour, so yes Anne I do know what I am talking about , and I do know how dangerous it is. My problem in this entire ordeal was if the doctor and hospital had made 2 more steps towards a diagnosis I wouldn't be here for the 5th time. It's not easy, it's extremely painful until you reach the point that you just want to go to sleep and never wake up. so please excuse me if you felt I was being insensitive...that was not my point at all. In fact, I know nothing of the bast 2 days...Scared, frightened...painful and the antibiotics are so strong I can't swallow. Compassion from one person to the other is much needed and I hope we can all find that for each other. You don't have to read my posts, they are mine, they are personal and I noramally only address them to my Team. I again apologist....God bless and I pray your husband is doing better. I am up for a treatment...Sleep well my dear. Life is too short for this type of drama....Breath Easy, Breath Deep and Breath in Life...PS...I didn't try to scare anyone from a transplant in fact this is the first time I have ever mentioned a transplant!!! ...
