I think it depends on the weather, but I prefer the AC. Also, I keep a fan in the bedroom and run it all night. I find the circulating air helps.

Me too... sleep very well most of the time. The only thing that messes up my sleep is usually bloating and gas pressing against my diaphragm and reducing the oxygen that my lungs take in. Pretty much the same whether I use oxygen or not.

I have to have the ac on day and night. I have an overheating problem. I want to keep my ac on 68 but I keep it on 72 so I don't run my husband off.
