My fev1 is 60. That makes me moderate copd. I still work cleaning a office. That gives me plenty of exercise. Wondering how active you all are.

We can encourage each other and, remember, if you can not reach your goal then you just keep trying . It is OK not to do it , there is no race . It is just keep trying and set realistic goals and do it slowly over time . You Can and you WILL do it .. Every little bit helps us and something is better than nothing at all .

Jean I hope a lot of people read your post! I feel as you do, with out the oxygen I would be a couch potatoe! My portable allows me to do just about anything, I have my independence! And that is everything to me! You go girl !

i still can cook and do my dishes leaning on counter I have to have a sit down break too but i try keep moving !
