I’m involved as a patient investigator for the RELIANCE study, which is a head to head, comparative effectiveness research study looking at which works best, daliresp or prophylactic use of azithromycin in decreasing inflammation, therefore infections, therefore exacerbations and hospitalizations. So far all I have heard about daliresp is the high cost and all the side affects. My Dr. would not use them for that reason, but he did have samples and I tried 2 batches and I chose not to use them--very bad

ive been using dilaresp for almost a year and i love it no coughing spells a little side effect but i can live with it

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Inflammation is a natural immune response to infection, therefore all types of antiinflammatory medications do not reduce the risk of infections, as you suggest, but heighten it.

In addition to Respimat and Albutreol, I've been using Daliresp for the past 3 months. I have noticed occasional dizziness using Daliresp, but can't say that it's been helpful in any way.
