Sometimes that can be controlled with diet.. Check with your doctor regarding small meals, types of food, don't eat before going to bed and possibly elevating the head of your bed a few inches.

In my case, they will only operate if there is not much choice, i have an umbilical hernia which is protruding out of the stomach and they are leaving it, unless it strangulates

I have Gerd which is the most severe form of the Reflux, I take the one that is zantac i believe plus I discovered that supplement ginger root is very effective in relieving the heartburn as well.
