just take things slowly and one thing at a time. Exercise is good for you just as Jean said also pursed lip breathing can help. Walking really helped me and I got that I could walk 2-3 miles in 1 hour. Mind you, I had to stop and lean over a railing to get my breath quite a few times but eventually you won't have to stop so often Try it and see Good luck

maybe you could try and walk around the house using pursed lip breathing . If it is cold out stay indoors. It will take time but youk will be able to exerecise. Just remember, baby steps. that is how most of us started off

Exercise will certainly help. Daily aerobic exercise of at least 30 minutes will help make the lung function you have much more efficient and can help with being SOB. You also need to learn proper breathing techniques: pursed lip breathing and diaphragmatic breathing. Those will help as well.
