I am thinking about asking my Dr.to switch me off from spiriva respimat.I am having too many side effects .I have been on it for 3 years,but they seem to be getting worse.

I have emphysema and in the colder months it becomes harsh and cold like in the wind pipe area and feels cold in the mid section of the lung
would this medication not make for sharper harshness of the breathing

I see some people use Advair, some Spiriva. Is there a reason to use one over the other?

I was diagnosed with bronchitis about a week ago and was given albuterol nebulizer and some cough medicine. I do not have insurance so a friend of mine gave me the nebulizer and albuterol along with spiriva respimat and a breo ellipta inhaler. I read that those can not be taken together. Is there any sequence that they are ok to take together? Or should I just take one and not the other? If so which one should I take and which one is not as effective for bronchitis?

I take Spriva and Symbicort I have been taking Spriva first than waiting about a half hour than use my Symbicort. Is this ok or should I take it in the other order. Help me with this Jean.

I use Spiriva and was thinking about asking my doc about Breo because it just seems to be more convenient than Spiriva. Does anyone use Breo and no longer Spiriva, and if so, how do you compare the two?
