Pulmo Is Having Me Try Breztri Again And I Can Also Do Duoneb. I'm Concerned Because That Would Be Using 2 Anticholinergics.

@Dominique02 Thanks for your reply! I have decided to use Breztri only and when needed albuterol. We must be alert and do our own research. Its so unfortunate that we can't always rely on our doctors for every decision made. I know that my doctor is very busy with her private practice as well as her hospital duties. That doesn't leave a lot of time for anything else, and she has told me such. She says that she doesn't have time to eat dinner many times nor have time for friendships, that is sad. So yes, there can be some burn-out involved here. I try to be understanding and patient but I also have to do what is best for my health. She is very generous in trying new treatments with me and I am thankful for that. Ive been with her for 6 years plus.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I also have a pulmo with very poor communication skills and the nose plugged into her PC... Those kind of doctors are just fed up with their jobs, luckily there are some still very dedicated. Do not hesitate to look for a new one: indeed Dr Kritina Kramer is very well quoted! ps. Taking the two anticholinergics at the same time is mad and dangerous (my humble point of view). Or you go on with Duoneb OR you choose to start the Breztri. Hugs💞🧸

@A MyCOPDTeam Member The pulmo I have is Ka Ling Cheung. She is a poor communicator and has her face in the computer the whole time. She scolds you if you ask a question for interrupting. My nebulizer quit working suddenly and I was advised by her staff to bring it in with me for my appt last Friday as she actually had ordered this machine for me. She arrived in the room and before even saying hello, asked why the machine was on her counter. I told her and her answer was, "This is not a repair shop". This is pretty typical of her relationship with her patients, albeit, she is very knowledgeable. She had some 'harsh words about some of her patients taking up her time that day, which is inappropriate for her to discuss other patients with me. My son told me that if I didn't find another doctor, he would, ha. I think I will make an appt with Kristina Kramer who has better reviews than Cheung. Who was recommended to you? Good Luck!!!

Are you with Kaiser? If not, Go to San Francisco, so many good doctors there.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Yes, only 3 pulmonologist in Walnut Creek, and unfortunately none have good reviews.

I Don't Think My Question Was Clear! I'm Wondering If Anyone Is Using A 3-in-one Inhaler, Ie, Bretri And Also Using Duoneb. Is It Safe?
