My Arms And Legs Get Weak And Tired Alot. I'm On 02 24/7. I Have My Concentrator Set 3 Because Of Long Tube. Is This Normal With Copd

@A MyCOPDTeam Member ,were you advised to go to level 3 perhaps when your active,if not I would stay at level 2 no matter how long your tubing is ,but that's just my opinion not a medical advisor as I'm COPD...I hope you talk to your dr or RT and get advise! Perhaps when your more active you were told to adjustment it to level 3,good luck and breathe Eazy,my friend
Pulmonary rehab and maintenance works.
@A MyCOPDTeam Member Unfortunately COPD do cause reduced capacity for oxygenation of the muscle fibers. But you can regain some muscles strengh by going to Pulmonary Rehabilitation: exercices (treadmill and cycle) do help to gain quality of life. Hugs! 💞
