Hi:) Just Wondering If Anyone Else Gets A Really Sore Upper Back When They Go For A Walk? It Sure Doesn’t Make It Enjoyable:(

Yes, @A MyCOPDTeam Member. In addition to the stretches recommended by @A MyCOPDTeam Member, I also bought a weighted vest - it has twenty (20) 1-pound weights that fit into pockets all over the vest to allow you to adjust it to your comfort. I put eight 1-pound sand bags in the area covering the small of my back, and it’s really improved my walking comfort.

@A MyCOPDTeam Member Yes, upper and lower back pain, which (in my case) is due to bad posture. What help is stretching gently, being very relax while walking, correct posture. Hugs 🧸
