Hi, @A MyCOPDTeam Member, this question has been asked and answered a number of times and in a variety of ways, so don’t hesitate to use the search feature (magnifying glass) from the main site page.

My last update on this topic included the following summary info for members who had reported their results:

Zephyr valves results (informal survey)
19-JUN-24:

- couldn’t pass pre-insertion qualification testing

- passed testing to get them inserted, successful so far

I’m not sure if you use fb, too, but hopefully this post will give you some info to start. In general, it works in about 33% of the applicants, with a further 33% not able tp pass the testing, and yet another 33% who passed the testing unable to tolerate the valves and having to have them removed.
