Trelegy and Breztri are both triple-combination inhalers, but they're approved for different uses. Trelegy can be used for both COPD and asthma in adults, while Breztri is only for COPD. 🧸

I was prescribed Trelegy and for me it made my copd worse. Every one reacts differently I guess.
Trelegy was replaced with Breztri and combivent.
Seems to work well for me.
I did find one peculiarity with breztri, when I finish using it, the inhalers performance is more consistent dose wise if it is left in an upright position.
If I lay the inhaler on its side periodically I do not get a full dose.
