Control Of Out Of Breath After Walking Or Doing Something For A Bit.
When I get short of breath walking, or doing something strenuous I stop and lean up against a counter or wall and do PLB Pursed Lipped Breathing. Usually 3 times and one deep breath, some times I have to do it twice. There is a video in the resource section to show you how to do it.
