Breathing has become difficult especially while trying to sleep. Is there anything that can help?

@A MyCOPDTeam Member I sleep on my side, and head a little elevate. (can't sleep on my back, too difficult to breath). Maybe suppl. O2 would help at night. Hugs!

I also sleep on my side with my head elevated a bit but I also have to sleep with oxygen. Sleep good most nights and my oxygen level stays up.
