Every movement you make can be an exercise. Even in the hospital bed you can do things. Lift a leg up and hold it for 4 seconds and slowly put down. Switch legs and repeat. Same with arms. You can find a lot of chair exercises on YouTube. Start out slow 5 or 6 times, then after a week ad another one or 2. I also do breathing exercises to help keep my body taking deep breaths and fully exhaling.
If you're on oxygen while doing anything strenuous wear your Oxygen while doing it.
